Shipping Options:

Todd T Bear® ships via FedEx and USPl.  FedEx shipments, unless otherwise requested will be shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or FedEx SmartPost.

FREE Shipping:

If your total order (before taxes and shipping charges are included) exceeds $100 it will be eligible for FREE shipping via FedEx SmartPost or USPS, whichever is less expensive. The 36" Todd T. Bear is not eligible for FREE shipping

Some packages may qualify for Free Shipping via USPS Priority Mail if the USPS Priority Mail shipping rate is lower.  USPS Priority Mail rate used for comparison purposes is the total of the USPS Priority Mail rate plus Delivery Confirmation charge.

Offer only valid in the Continental U.S. and can be cancelled at any time.

Shipping Estimates:

After all of the items you wish to purchase are placed into your cart, proceed to the check out. A shipping estimate will be provided prior to the final check out page on our website. The shipping estimate is based upon the aggregate amount of goods and weight you have in your cart.

At the final check out, shipping charges will be finalized based on the destination zip code. 

 

Delivery Times

Packages shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, and FedEx SmartPost will typically be delivered in approximately 5-7 business days from the date the items are ordered.  Packages shipped via USPS will be delivered in approximately 4-6 business days from the date the items are ordered.

Tracking a package:

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log into your account at any time to track the status of your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.  If your order is shippped via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail you can view your tracking number online by accessing your account and/or tracking number on FedEx.com or USPS.com. Packages shipped via USPS Media Mail may not have a tracking number.

Delivery Addresses:

We currently only ship to addresses in the Continental United States.  However, we are now able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes.
